Cancellation and refunds

Stop renewals, manage a trial or ask about a charge.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings, Your membership, choose Manage subscription, and follow Stripe’s cancellation steps. Check the confirmation and the effective cancellation date shown in the portal. Keep that confirmation for your records.

Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next recurring charge. Where cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, paid access continues until that period ends. If a different effective date is offered, the portal explains it before you confirm. You can continue using the free features afterwards.

If the portal is unavailable or you cannot access your account, contact the operator below to request cancellation. Include your account email and, if available, the relevant receipt or subscription reference. Never include a password or full payment card number.

Logging out, clearing browser data, deleting progress or removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Account closure and billing cancellation are separate actions. Cancelling a renewal does not by itself request a refund of an earlier payment.

Cancel a trial

A trial, if offered, has the duration and first charge shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before that trial ends, the plan renews at its stated price and interval under the checkout terms. Use the same Manage subscription route to cancel and check the effective date. Do not assume that leaving the app ends a trial.

Request a refund or report a problem

Contact the operator with your account email, charge date, amount, currency and a short description of the issue. A Stripe receipt reference helps us find the payment. Tell us if you believe there is a duplicate or incorrect charge, the paid service was not provided, or a legal withdrawal or digital-service remedy applies.

We assess requests under the contract and the law that applies to you. We do not promise a general money-back guarantee beyond those rights. Outside mandatory rights or an offer made at purchase, unused time or forgetting to cancel does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. We will explain the decision and any steps needed; this policy does not limit your right to dispute an incorrect charge.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days after concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. A contract that begins with a trial can start the withdrawal period when the contract is concluded, rather than when the first paid renewal occurs. Similar or additional protections may apply elsewhere, including the UK.

Tell the operator clearly that you wish to withdraw. You can use the wording below or send another clear statement. Send it before the applicable deadline and keep a copy. We will reimburse amounts as required by law, generally within 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice.

If you expressly request a service to start during the withdrawal period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied, but only where its requirements are met. Any loss of a withdrawal right requires the specific conditions set by law. Merely using the app or accepting these terms does not waive a statutory withdrawal right.

Rights to have a faulty or non-conforming digital service brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to end the contract and receive a refund can apply separately. Nothing here removes those rights.
